The draws for round of 64 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup edition have been held today Tuesday 24th at FUFA Complex in Mengo.

Defending champions BUL will play against Buganda Regional League side Sparks Soccer Club.

2021 finalists Vipers SC have been drawn with Bujumbura United Football Club while Express FC have been drawn against another Buganda Regional League side Kajjansi United.

The Uganda Cup winner represents Uganda in the CAF Confederation Cup.
