KCCA FC have confirmed the appointment of Julius Poloto as the next club captain for the 2023/24 season. He replaces goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan who was let go when his employment contract expired. KCCA FC have confirmed the appointment of Julius Poloto as the next club captain for the 2023/24 season.

He replaces goalkeeper Benjamin Ochan who was let go when his employment contract expired.

Poloto will have Filbert Obenchan, Peter Magambo and Herbert Achai as his first, second and third assistants.

The confirmation of the club leaders was done at Lugogo before their friendly match with Kakamega Homeboyz.

The Lugogo based side also unveiled their squad for the upcoming season which had seven new signings.

Joel Sserunjogi, Joan Gabriel Esteves Cardoso, Aires Emilson Gonzaga, Etienne Katenga and Carlos Da Silva.

The friendly game with Kakamega Homeboyz ended 2-0 in favor of KCCA FC.

Arafat Usama and Poloto were the goal scorers for the hosts.
