KCCA FC host Vipers SC on match day four of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League 2022/23 at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

KCCA FC lost 3-1 to Arua Hill SC away at Barifa Stadium, Arua in the second league game a fortnight ago.

Vipers will be playing their second league game for the 2022/23 season.

The Venoms picked a point in their opening league game against Bright Stars FC at home.

Vipers SC has not scored nor conceded a goal in normal time in their last three games in all competitions.

KCCA FC has three points from two games in the league this season.

“We have prepared well for the game against Vipers. We have been working on our mistakes from the previous league game and have had a series of friendly games.”

“We shall welcome Iguma, Poloto and Mato back in the squad and hopefully they will make the final match day squad. We will miss Jurua and Kayanja who are out injured.”

“We consider a late fitness test to conclude if Shaban or Aheebwa will be able to feature,” Byekwaso said.

Julius Poloto, Rogers Mato, and Denis Iguma are back in the squad. The trio is yet to play a game this season. They are available for selection.

Emmanuel Wasswa is back in the squad. The midfielder returned to training last week from compassionate leave that ruled him out of the previous league game against Arua Hill.

Faisal Wabyoona and Haruna Lukwago are away on National Duty. The pair are with the U20 National Team.

Jurua Hassan and Brian Kayanja are ruled out due to injury

Dominic Ayella is away due to school commitments.
