Just one day after Samuel Kato’s departure, Moses Aliro has also penned an emotional farewell to the Lugogo based club.

According to reports, Aliro’s representative sat down with the club and agreed to part ways with mutual consent.

This came after the player’s request for more playing time.

“Today I say goodbye to you, to a great club and of course to the amazing fans,” Moses Aliro wrote.

“I say goodbye with serenity to someone who has given his all in every training session, in every game. I am sad to leave the club.”

“I wouldn’t want to end this without thanking everyone, employees, teammates, staff and fans for all your support, trust and for making me feel at home since the first day,” he added.

Moses Aliro signed his first senior professional contract with the Kasasiro Boys in 2020 but he failed to cement a starting spot at the club.

Aliro is the seventh player to leave the club, others include Kato Samuel, Ivan Kalanzi, Filbert Obenchan, Keziron Kizito, Hassan Matovu and Steven Serwadda.
