Busujju beat Buvuma 3-1 to keep Masaz cup tournament hopes alive in a game played at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru on Tuesday, 5th January 2021.

Brian Omirambe chipped in for Busujju’s opener in the 46th minute before Ivan Irinimbabzi headed home off Isaac Kiberu cross from right flank in the 52nd minute.

Brian Omirambe sealed the win with the third goal in the 70th minute before Bruno Bunyaga got a consolation for Buvuma in the 81st minute as the game ended 3-1.

Busujju is currently in the second position with 7 points and they will wait for the result from the next and final group game between leaders Busiro (7 points) and Buwekula who sit 4th on four points.

The win officially confirm that Buvuma and Kyaggwe are eliminated from the tournament.
Top two teams from this group will join Bulemezi and Mawogola at the quarterfinal stage who made grade from the Butikiro group.
