After missing a Uganda Cranes camp in Dubai due to claimed hamstring injury, Derrick Nsibambi started and lasted for 89 minutes as his Smouha SC claimed a 2-1 win over Emma Okwi’s Alexandria Ittihad in Egyptian Premier League today.

Nsibambi posted the claims of his hamstring injury on his official social media accounts at the beginning of this week and was immediately dropped by Jonathan Mckinstry from the travelling squad to Dubai.
