Uganda Cranes forward Emmanuel Okwi has encouraged his fellow players to do whatever they can to make sure that Uganda qualifies for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

“This is a very massive game, it’s a huge one for everyone. I have been lucky to be part of the previous two editions that we qualified for,” Okwi said before adding.

“It’s always the same, the spirit is always the same, the fight we put up to qualify, it’s never easy we need to fight and make sure we go back.”

“We are prepared as players and ready to fight for the best result against Burkina Faso. The preparations have been smooth; the coaches have done their best to make sure we are in fine shape.”

“It will be very good for us as a nation to have that continuation to qualify for the third time in a row,” he added.
