Vipers SC drop three points as Tooro United produced the shock by defeating them 1-0 on Friday at Buhinga Stadium in Fort Portal.

Substitute Mark Nsubuga scored the winning goal ten minutes from time as he poked home Muhammad Ssenoga’s low cross past Fabien Mutombora, at the near post.

Tooro United came into the game bottom of the standings and having collected just nine points from their opening 19 games.

However, they produced a good performance and collected maximum points from table leaders Vipers SC.

Vipers remained on 43 points at the top of the table, three ahead of KCCA who have played a game less while Tooro remained on the bottom but moved to 12 points.

Elsewhere, Busoga United and Police FC played out to a goalless draw in a league game held at Kakindu stadium on Friday.
