Vipers SC have lost for the first time this season in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League following a 2-0 defeat by URA FC.

Joackim Ojera and Cromwel Rwothomio scored for URA FC in both halves respectively in the game played at St. Mary’s Stadium Kitende.

Ojera made it 1-0 for the Tax Collectors in the 17th minute after being assisted by Steven Mukwala.

In the 25th minute, Vipers SC’s skipper Halid Lwaliwa headed inches wide from Bright Anukani’s freekick.

Saidi Kyeyune had his long-range free-kick parried away for a corner kick by Mutombora in the 61st minute as URA FC was searching for the second goal.
Rwothomio eventually made it 2-0 for URA FC from a close range in the 73rd minute of the game.
Following a win, URA FC have now moved to the seventh position with 10 points while Vipers SC remains second with 13 points.
