KCCA FC will be targeting maximum points as they host new comers Gaddafi FC at MTN-Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on match day two of the 2021/22 season on Saturday October 23rd.

The Kasasiro Boys were 3-0 winners against Wakiso Giants in the league opener while Gaddafi FC lost 2-0 to Busoga United in the Jinja derby on opening day.

According to head coach Morley Byekwaso, all they are targeting is to keep momentum going by picking three points.

“We need to go all out against Gaddafi FC and pick three points. We want to keep the momentum going after picking three points in the opening game,” Byekwaso said.

“I liked the aggression and the fact that we scored three goals away in the opening game. I would like to see the players possess the ball and be confident while playing,” he added.

Usama Arafat is ruled out due to illness, new signings Emmanuel Wasswa and Brian Kayanja are ruled out of this game. The pair is undergoing rehabilitation from knee surgery and out due to a knee injury respectively.

Defenders Musa Ramathan and Peter Magambo are also ruled out due to injuries.

KCCA FC and Gaddafi FC have never met in history.
