Express FC humiliated Paidha Black Angels 4-0 and defending champions BUL FC defeated Onduparaka FC 1-0 in Arua to make it to the quarter finals of the Uganda Cup.

Faizal Sekyanzi and Anwar Ntege scored for Express FC while the the other two goals were scored by Boban Zirintusa who bagged a brace.

In Arua at Greenlight Stadium defending champions BUL FC defeated hosts Onduparaka FC 1-0 thanks to Aprem Martin for the 80th minute goal.

Emmanuel Kalyowa and Radhid Okocha were sent off in the 40th and 83rd minutes respectively.

BUL FC’s game was the first for Simeon Masaba after taking over on interim basis following the departure of Alex Isabirye to Vipers SC.

Express FC and BUL progress to the quarter finals joining Soltilo Bright Stars and last year’s finalists Vipers SC that already made it.

Action will continue on Friday 17th March with KCCA FC hosting Big League side Mbarara City at MTN Omondi Stadium Lugogo.
