Patrick Kaddu optimistic for his second stint at KCCA FC

Forward Patrick Henry Kaddu claims that he can’t wait to get started for his second stint at KCCA FC.

Kaddu who previously featured for KCCA FC between 2017 and 2019 signed for six months till the end of the 2021/22 season but with an option of two years renewal after completion of his current contract with the club.

Kaddu had moved to RS Berkane in Morocco in 2019/20 season. He was later loaned out to Ismaily FC in Egypt in 2020.

Kaddu was then signed at Youssoufia Berrechid  in Morocco in late 2020 where he has been featuring before rejoining KCCA FC for his second stint.

“I am happy to be back at KCCA FC. I am happy for the faith the Manager and the club have showed in me. I want to get started immediately and I want to win with KCCA FC again,” Kaddu said.

“I have won a league title with this club and won two Uganda Cups during my first stint so I know what it means playing for this club.”

“I have come back at a time when the club is doing so well especially after a very good first round and I just want to work with my colleagues to do even better.”

“My personal target is scoring 15 goals for the club in this second round and I cannot wait to go again here,” he added.

The forward has also previously won a number of accolades with KCCA FC and these include, two Uganda Premier League titles, two Uganda Cups, two super cups and also played in the CAF Champions League group stages in 2018 with KCCA FC.

In 2018, Kaddu won the top scorer’s award in the Uganda Cup with seven goals.

During his 2-year stint at KCCA, Kaddu scored 32 goals in 64 games. He is also a player for the Senior National Men’s Football Team
