Uganda Cranes and Kyetume FC midfielder Nicholas Kasozi is set to join Uganda Premier League defending champions Express FC.

Kasozi is said not to be ready to ply his trade in the Fufa Big League hence a decision to join the Red Eagles.

“Kasozi Nicholas is loaned to Express upto 30 June 2022, to allow him time to play competitively,” Kyetume FC president Ruben Mubiru said.

“Kyetume FC and Kasozi will benefit more when he is playing at continental level not big league where we are now.”

“We should give him all the blessings for now till we bounce back to UPL then when he can play with Kyetume FC again,” he added.

Express FC is believed to beat KCCA, SC Villa and URA FC who were also looking to secure the midfielder’s signature.
