The StarTimes Uganda Premier League giants KCCA FC have confirmed the release of forward Juma Balinya.

According to the statement from the Lugogo based side, the two parties agreed to mutually terminate his contract with the club.

The former Police Fc forward signed a two years contract with KCCA FC on September 1st 2020 but he failed to hit the ground running.

He had a start and stop campaign in his first year at KCCA FC which prompted the club to release him.

Balinya had clinched the golden boot for his impressive 19 goals tally during the 2018/2019 Uganda Premier League season at Police FC.

He joins Moses Aliro, Samuel Kato, Moses Kalanzi, Keziron Kizito, Filbert Obenchan  Steven Sserwadda and Hassan Matovu who also left the club this summer.
