Express FC head coach Wasswa has named the 18-Man Squad as they prepare for their CAF Champions League Preliminary round return leg against Al Merrikh.

The Red Eagles will take on Al-Merrikh on 17th September 2021 in Sudan.

Express FC enter this game with a 2-1 aggregate lead having won the first leg by that scoreline.

According to Bbosa, the squad has prepared well and will execute the job.

“We’ve prepared well and we shall definitely do a good job, the team is aware about the job at hand and they all want to progress to the first round so we hope we arrive safely and execute the game plan.”

Express targets a draw from this game if they are to progress to the next round of the competition.

Goalkeepers; Joel Mutakubwa, Denis Otim.

Defenders; Denis Mubuya, Enock Walusimbi, Murushid Juuko, Arthur Kiggundu, Issa Lumu.

Midfielders; Abel Michael Etrude, Yaya Mahad Kakooza, Daniel Shabene, John Byamukama, Muzamiru Mutyaba, Martin Kizza, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Joseph Akandwanaho, Charles Musiige.

Forwards; George Senkaaba and Erick Kambale.
