Park win the 2021 Futsal Super League title
After five years, Park Futsal Club has finally won the prestigious Futsal Super League.
This is after they defeated debutants Big Talent Soccer Academy 3-0 in the final played on Friday afternoon at the Old Kampala Sports Arena.
Kalyango Samuel netted a brace while captain Idi Babu added the other as Park won their maiden title.
Babu broke the deadlock early on in the first half to guide his side into a slim 1-0 lead.
Samuel doubled the lead early on in the second half before he completed his brace with less than five minutes to the death of the game.
Big Talent SA were so awful on the day as they couldn’t deal with Park’s physicality and experience.
Dream won the inaugural Futsal Super League edition in 2018 while Yeak Kabowa won the second.
The third was cancelled before finish in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
