URA Football Club have finally unveiled striker Leku as their fifth signing in the recently concluded transfer window.

The striker was part of the seven players let go by Zambian side Zesco United FC and has been awarded a contract of two years.

He has previously played for Vipers SC, Onduparaka FC, Express FC, Proline FC and Arua Hill SC.

Leku will always be remembered for scoring Express FC’s sole goal against Masavu FC in May 2018 that save the Red Eagles from relegation on the final day of the league.

At URA FC, he joins other new signings Bruno Bunyaga from Bushenyi Veterans, Joshua Lubwama Leti who joined from Wakiso Giants and free agents Nicholas Kabonge and Joseph Semujju.

The Tax Collectors will face off with Uganda Pentecostal University (UPU) on Monday 6th-June at St Leo’s Lower Kabarole.

With the second round of the Uganda Premier League set to kick off on Thursday 9th February, URA FC will visit Onduparaka FC on Saturday 11th at Greenlight Stadium in Arua.
