UPL: Mutebi praises his team ahead of their game with Kyetume
KCCA FC head coach Mike Mutebi has praised his team as they prepare for their game against Kyetume FC on Tueday March 9th.
The Kasasiro Boys enter this game after walloping UPDF FC 6-1 in their previous encounter which triggered Mutebi to praise his lads.
“The way we have been playing, scoring goals, the lads are more confident and like I said we are going to care about ourselves not our opponents because we have had a good run,” Mutebi said before adding.
When asked about Brian Aheebwa’s recent goal drought, Mutebi said that he is not worried about this because others are scoring in Aheebwa’s absence.
“Am contented because others are scoring goals, am contented if he returns he will score goals,” he noted.
He also praised midfielder Gift Ali claiming that he makes the team more balanced whenever he is in the midfield.
“Gift’s position makes the team more coherent, very organized so, he makes the team more organized everyone has been doing well,” he further noted.
KCCA FC is currently fifth on the StarTimes Uganda Premier League table with 23 points from 12 games played so far.
