SUPL: Express up for revenge against SC Villa in Kampala Derby
Express FC will be targeting nothing other than revenge as the two sides face off at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru on Saturday April 9th in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
The Red Eagles will be eager to revenge on Villa after the Joogos knocked them out of Stanbic Uganda Cup at the round 32.
According to Express FC captain Enock Walusimbi, the team is well prepared to revenge against their arch-rivals.
“Our game tomorrow against S.C Villa is going to be a tough one, we as players have prepared well and we all want to avenge the cup loss in March so we shall definitely do our best to win the game,” Walusimbi said.
Martin Kizza returns to the fold after healing from a dental infection while midfielder Mahad Yaya is ruled out of the game.
Midfielder Abel Etrude and center back Murushid Juuko remain sidelined while defender Deus Bukenya is unavailable for selection as well.
Express FC were 2-1 winners against Police FC in their previous game while SC Villa won 2-1 against Wakiso Giants last time out.
