The event was held under the cloudy skies at Lazio Restaurant in Kololo-Kampala.
Among the four, was a nine-year-old Joseph Sebatindira who scooped the Table Tennis accolade and cash.
To be named the best, the Table tennis player Young Star beat two other nominees Jemimah Nakawala and Jonathan Ssenyonga.
Ssebatindira claimed global supremacy in the World Table Tennis U-11 final in the Qatar capital of Doha last week.
He won a Gold medal after his final triumph over Saudi Arabian Faris Al Taher 3-0 in the final in a one-sided contest.
In the boxing category, Katwe Lipanda based boxer who knocked out Ally Amisi Mzeei of Tanzania in four (4) of the ten rounds contest of the ABU East and Central regional Middleweight championship to win the belt, was crowned the best boxer.
At the same event, Grace Nabagala of Kisubi Pacers beat competition from Peace Lekuru and Malcom Okello to smile home with a plaque and cash.
The Lady Rugby Cranes star fetched 25 points with an addition of four to make 29 points as the female National team finished fourth in the Dubai Challenge championship.
Weatherhead Hockey Club player Collins Batuusa emerged the hockey player of the month of January.
Batuusa was on target as Weatherhead beat Kampala Hockey Stallions and made an assist to Maxwell Migisa in the league.
He was also on score sheet in Wheatherheadsm’s 4-0 win against Wanainchi in the Uganda Cup final.
He finished third on league top scorers table log with 31 goals behind teammate Thomas Opio (32) and Jordan Achaye in the first place at 34.
Batuusa was also named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) and guided Weatherhead to a season double.
