Noeline Namiro’s first half strike hands She Corporates maximum points.

She Corporates beat Olira High School 1-0 to register first victory in group B of the ongoing FUFA Women Super League on Monday 26th April 2021 at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.

Forward Noeline Namiro scored a first half goal in the game to put her side in the lead which eventually became the winner against Olila High school women football club.

The game started as both teams were possessing the game but Olila looked smarter and dominant in their attacks.

Under 17 women national team defender Grace Aluka pulled her muscle after sighting Vanessa Edith Karungi off the goal line but the custodian was spot on to save the long range.

Later, in the 40th minutes, She Corporates was awarded a free kick which was well taken by Namiro Noeline and scored a beauty to put her side in a 1-0 lead.

At the resumption of the final stanza, Olila High school immediately started pressing to level matters but all hit a solid and organized She Corporates defence.

Ten minutes into the final bend of the game, She Corporates applied a highly possessive style looking for the second goal to seal the three points but Olila manged to handle all the attacks.

The Zzinda Ali coached side are in the second place behind Lady Doves who comfortably won their first game 5-0 against Isra soccer academy.

The sharks will return to play tomorrow against Lady Doves at 12pm at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
