Masaza Cup Final 2023: Bulemeezi to have a friendly match this weekend

As 2023 Masaza Cup final gets closer, finalists Bulemeezi are set to have a friendly match against DC United, a fourth Division side based in Kapeeka.

This Friendly match against DC United at Kapeeka Grounds in Nakaseke District shall be held on Sunday the 22^nd 0ctober.

Bulemeezi also prepare for the team’s mass/prayers service, an event to also double as the team’s send off to a five days residential camp ahead of the final.

This year’s Masaza Cup final is between Bulemeezi and Gomba on Saturday 28 October at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.

The date and venue was announced by Buganda Minister for Youth, Sports and Arts Robert Sserwanga on Tuesday, 17^th October at Bulange in Mengo.

His Majesty Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi Kimera II is expected to grace the final.

The tickets stake is at UGX. 20,000 and 50,000 for ordinary and VIP sections respectively.

Record champions Gomba are in a hunt for the sixth (6^th) trophy whilst Bulemeezi look to extend their tally to three (3) having won two in 2012 and 2019.

Gomba’s trophies came in 2004, 2009, 2014, 2017 and 2020.
