Murushid Juuko Withdraws From Cranes Camp to Finalize Deal With Maritzburg United
After joining Express FC at the start of the 2020/21 season, ending his contract with Wydad Casablanca, defender Murushid Juuko is set to join South African side Maritzburg United FC.
Maritzburg United, a South African football club based in the city of Pietermaritzburg that currently plays in the Premier Soccer League. The club needs Juuko to improve on it’s defence.
News confirm Juuko withdrew from the CHAN team that is leaving the country on Monday, 28th December 2020 to Cameroon to fly to South Africa to finalize the deal.
The defender has previously traded his brand with Simba SC of Tanzania, Bunamwaya (now Vipers) and the defunct Victoria University FC.
He will join Ugandan players in PSL like Denis Onyango, Isma Watenga and Moses Waiswa if the deal goes through.
