FEASSA Boys Football: Amus College, St. Julian High School off the mark

Co-host Amus College School, Bukedea have bounced back from a disappointing 2-2 stalemate against with Kenya’s Musingu Secondary School to win in their second attempt.

The host have this Tuesday afternoon, the 20th August won 2-1 against Rwanda’s Ape-Rugunga at Bukedea Comprehensive School Sports Complex.

Majub Toto sent the host into an early 13th minute 1-0 lead before Bashir Mansur sealed the victory with the second 53 minutes into the game.

Meanwhile, Uganda’s reigning champions St. Julian High School – Seeta register a hard fought slim 2-1 win against Tanzania’s Kalangalala.

Simon Wanyama and Patrick Ssenkusu were on target for Uganda’s champions while Dickson Bimarungu scored for Kalangalala.

Amus will be in action for their third engagement on Friday 23rd to face off with St. Julian High School.

St. Julian High School will play Rwanda’s Ape-Rungunga tomorrow Wednesday, the 21st August.
