Transfers: Police FC Skipper Cements His Stay At The Club

Police FC captain, Joseph Sentume cemented his stay at the club after inking a three-year employment contract extension.
On Tuesday 18th August 2020, at Club’s head offices, Kibuli, Sentume Joseph has put pen to paper to a three year deal with the club till 2023
The central defender who doubles as the Cops armband wearer, expressed his pleasure for the opportunity given by the Club having his contract extended.
“It’s a pleasure having given this opportunity. It’s a sign of trust and confidence in me by the club and I promise to double my effort compared to last season,” Sentume noted.
The club CEO Fahad Lumu who witnessed the signing expressed his trust in Sentume who will continue to serve as the club captain.
“He is a very instrumental player in the team, he has extreme experience and we believe he will put all efforts together to achieve our main goal.”
Sentume promised the fans to put up a great display and work tirelessly to ensure the team perform well in the coming season.
The other players who extended their stay at the club includes, attacking midfielder, Johnson Odongo, Yusuf Sozzi, Mubaraka Nsubuga, Kabuye Bashir, Matovu Musa, and defender Denis Rukundo.
The confirmed new recruits so far for the cops includes, goalkeeper, Thomas Ikara and experienced midfielder, Tony Mawejje.
