As the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) Ball Games II attracted over 6000 participants, quality and skill has already separated a few to shine before the end of group stages.

At just 16 years of age, Namagabi Secondary School’s Senior Two (S.2)  Netball versatile player Swabrah Nakalyango has caught the eye of many and she’s rated to be a national asset and a star prospect.

Capable of comfortably playing as a goalkeeper (GK), Goal Attacker (GA) and a Goal Shooter (GS), it makes her a different player.

Given her height, and size in addition to her versatility and skill, she’s definitely a future Peace Proscovia/Mary Nuba if she lands a slot into one of Uganda’s Netballing giant Schools.

Nakalyango guided Namagabi to finish 5th place in Mukono region qualifiers hence gaining their first ever National championship appearance.

Namagabi was 2nd in Kayunga District qualifiers after losing to St. Kalemba SS in the final.

Her side Namagabi has currently won three and lost three of the nine Group stage games at the ongoing USSSA Ball Games II FEASSSA Qualifiers in Soroti.
