SUPL: UPDF, BUL FC share spoils as the later fails to close in onto leaders KCCA FC
For the second consecutive time BUL FC failed to close in to KCCA FC when they played to a one all draw with relegation threatened UPDF in Bombo.
Hillary Onek put BUL FC in the lead in the 58th minute of Ivan Wani’s Well delivered cross.
15 minutes to full-time Ezekiel Katende put the game to level helping his side to secure a point from Alex Isabirye’s charges.
BUL FC remain in the second position after their second stalemate of the second round with 29 points three behind KCCA FC that faces Arua Hill SC on Friday 24th.
The Army side also retain their 13 position despite moving to 13 points.
UPDF will be away at FUFA Technical Center Njeru on Friday 3rd March in their next game against Busoga United.
Isabirye charges will welcome inconstitent URA FC on Saturday 4th at the same venue.
