SUPL: Express’ search for maiden win is still on as they take on BUL
Express FC’s search for maiden win in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League this season continues as they take on BUL FC.
The Red Eagles will be optimistic for victory as they lock horns with BUL FC at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe on Tuesday October 26th.
According to Express FC head coach Wasswa Bbosa, the team was able to create chances in the first two games but their problem was converting these chances and he is hoping for positive results.
“We return to league action, we know we’ve lost two straight league games but in both losses our problem has been failure to convert chances,” Bbosa said before adding.
“We create but don’t score so we’ve used the little time we had since Saturday to perfect that so against BUL FC we hope to return to winning ways,” he added.
Express FC enter this game after losing their opening two games against newcomers Arua Hill and UPDF FC respectively while BUL FC won their only game this season 2-1 against Police FC.
The Wankulukuku based side enter this game without their head coach Wasswa Bbosa who is serving his second match ban.
Elsewhere, Erick Kambale, Captain Enock Walusimbi and Godfrey Lwesibawa are sidelined while Arthur Kiggundu is available for selection.
Express FC picked up just one win in the previous five meetings between the two sides while BUL FC have managed three wins.
