Mountain Dew UG 3×3 Series: Grim Reapers, 3-PEAT are Kampala 1st Circuit champions
Mountain Dew UG 3×3 Series tipped off today Saturday, the 19th October 2024 at Makerere Pool Court.
Grim Reapers won the men’s category in the Kampala circuit after a 7-4 triumph against Team Clan in a thrilling final.
Grim Reapers labored past Team Tea Time in a 13-12 contested semi-final win to reach the final.
3 PEAT won 15-09 over MUBS Elite in the final to seal a Grand finale slot in the Women category. In the semi-finals, the won 11-05 against MUBS Ballers.
The prize money at this Kampala stop circuit was UGX 400,000 for the winner and UGX 200,000 for the runner-up in both the men and women’s categories.
The first circuit has attracted 60 players constituting ten (10) men and five (5) women teams. Forty (40) men and (20) women took part in the first Kampala circuit.
There will be more seven (7) stops across the country before the Grand finale on 7th December at Lugogo Indoor Stadium in Kampala.

A total of 12 men’s and 12 women’s teams will qualify for the Grand Finale that is scheduled for Saturday 7th December 2024.
The winning men and women’s teams will each walk away with UGX 2,000,000 (Two million).
