Buvuma Vs Busiro – Magyo.

Masaza Cup Saturday action will on be in the great Buganda Islands of Buvuma and Ssese as we mark the beginning of this year’s reverse fixtures.

This Saturday, the 10th August Masengere Group leaders Kabula will be onto the ferry to Lutoboka the home of Ssese in an anticipated contest.

Kabula will be without three key suspended players Murushid Babugi and John Andrew Obwanaon the trip.

The remaining part of the team is ready to shine as per statement issued by media officer to this website.

In the first round Kabula hosted and defeated Ssese 2-0.  Their first round fine form kept them unbeaten through first 5 games.

On host’s side it is a had season so far having accumulated only three points after losing 2 and drawn 3 games.

Also in the same group at Magyo, Buvuma will welcome the struggling Busiro just 7 days after their last meeting and the last tie in the group.

Buvuma overcame Busiro dominance of the fixture. Buvuma won 2-0 to register their only win of the campaign. Buvuma and leaders Kabula are still unbeaten in the group.

With three wins, a draw and a loss, Kabula lead Masengere Group with ten (10) points.

In the second place is Busujju on nine (9) points. Busujju have won twice and drawn thrice.

Meanwhile, the unbeaten Buvuma has only registered one win and four draws to accumulate seven points in the 3rd place.

The whole weekend will have 9 fixtures with all teams in action. After today’s duels, action will return tomorrow, Sunday with seven games.
