USSSA National Girls Football: St. Noa and Amus College set for thrilling final showdown

St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana has secured a spot in the 2025 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) Ball Games I Girls Football final, defeating Boni Consilli 4-1 in the semifinals.
Forward Sylvia Kabene scored twice, and goals from Patricia Nayiga and Dominic Daffah Gervais propelled St. Noa to their fourth final appearance in history.
St. Noa will face 2023 champions Amus College in the final, who eliminated last year’s champions Kawempe Muslim Secondary School in a dramatic 6-5 penalty shootout after a 2-2 draw in normal time.
The two teams have a rich history, with Amus College winning the 2023 final 1-0 and also claiming victory in the 2024 third-place classification tie.
However, St. Noa has also had its share of victories, including a 2-1 win in the 2024 FEASSA semifinal and a 6-0 thrashing of Amus College in the 2025 USSSA Elite Games semifinal.
The stage is set for an epic final showdown between these two football powerhouses.
